A fully furnished kitchen was ok for us. Just several blocks from barrio lastarria and other tourist spots.

The maid was extremely helpful and had all the information I needed. The apartment was very clean. Great water supply. Grocery 1 block away. Shopping 2 blocks away. Touristy areas walkable. Artisans about 8 blocks.

Breakfast was really meager and bad. No perks of a hotel it was an apartment in a condo/apt building. I was expecting the entire building to be an apt hotel.

Great location, safe, very close to Santa Lucia, Plaza de Armas - very convenient location.

Difficult to communicate with apartment management - everything worked out fine, but it's tricky without a Spanish speaker to help.

Great location in the middle of downtown Santiago. Clean, secure and comfortable small apartment, a bit of a "home away from home”. Nice views over the city. Free excellent Wi-Fi connection. Must be aware that it's not a "proper" hotel, but a serviced appt. Part of an apartment complex, so no typical hotel services. Basic understanding of Spanish is a must, as staff, housekeeper and cleaner, do not speak other languages.

Would be helpful: Clear instructions at reservation re. Check-in/Check- out. Procedure: Announce your arrival to Concierge; he calls the housekeeper who hands out keys, after registration. On departure-keys to be left in a given envelope in the apartment. Accommodation information only in Spanish. Please provide in other languages.

Nice location, good looking and very functional apartment.

Bed was not good - old matress need to be changed. The air conditioner is too near to the bed, so you cannot change air direction.

No breakfast given although included in the price, very poor service and staff, housekeeping at 8:30am on Saturday (if you're still sleeping, they'll not come back!) and none on Sunday. Incompetent person in charge.

The appartements are ideally situated, close to the Bellas Artes metro station (and museum). The appartement is clean and situated in a recent building and air conditioning in the bedroom is a nice plus... Great view from the (very small) rooftop swimming pool!

The main disappointement of the appartement is W.R.T. the facilities of the building: the Booked.net page describes the building as having a sauna, jacuzzi and swimming pool. However the jacuzzi is broken (no water), and the sauna and fitness center are locked down and not accessible for soho residents (only for permanent residents in the building) The appartements are certainly not bad, but given that there is no sauna/jacuzzi (and the breakfast that is quantité négligeable as mentioned by other reviewers), I prefer other appartements such as Costa de Monjitas...

Noisy! There was a bar below the hotel that was wound up all night!

The location of the hotel apartment was excellent,very central,easy to walk to many things. Easy to find a taxi back to airport. Housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. Perfect accomodation. Would definitely consider booking same place again.
